• Planned the move from the old facility to the new facility, which was 15 miles away, and did it in ten days with out losing any furniture, equipment or experiments.

• The building was completed on schedule, saving the institution $25,000 of rent and penalties.

• After the move-in, completed all debugging of the building systems and punch list.

• Made out job descriptions for staffing and hiring personnel for the animal facility, maintenance crew, administrative assistant and receptionist.
