Corporation, a diverse company with annual sales in excess of $1B.

Monogram Aerospace specializes in the manufacturing of fasteners for the

commercial and aerospace industries that include customers such as Boeing

and Airbus.

Human Resources Manager

. My responsibilities included the administration of all Human Resources

activities as well as Labor Relations with the (UAW).

. Partnered with the President and other senior leaders and managers to

deliver human capital solutions that were aligned with business

objectives/performance goals.

. Introduced and offered solutions to improve Safety Awareness thus

reducing Workers Compensation exposure.

. Introduced, led and influenced change and culture/transformation

initiatives with leaders and managers in order to address issues that

will enhance overall performance and build overall human capital

capability of the organization.

. Worked closely with General Council on employment legal matters

including making recommendations and offering solutions to mitigate

risk to the organization.

Workers' Compensation, Safety, Benefits, Recruitment of exempt as well

as non-exempt employees, Environmental and OSHA compliance as well as

Labor Law application.

. Reduced Safety Incidents to improve OSHA standards, minimizing Workers

Compensation risks.

. Responsible for developing training and development programs to

- 2003

Franklin Brass is a residential improvement distribution Company that

specializes in bathroom accessories as well as safety bathroom accessories

with annual sales over $65M and over 400 employees; 300 were unionized.

(Teamsters). GAMCO specializes in the fabrication of quality built Section

10 commercial stainless steel ADA compliant washroom accessories with more

than $15M in annual sales and 80 employees. This is a union-free facility.

Both companies are divisions of Masco, an $11 Billion corporation that

specializes in home Improvement operations.

Director of Human Resources

. My responsibilities for Franklin Brass were in Rancho Dominguez

California and for GAMCO in Durant, Oklahoma.

. My Human Resources responsibilities at these two facilities included:

provide counseling to management on manufacturing improvement

strategies.

. Was responsible for the introduction and overseeing the Kaizen

Continuous Improvement methods, Employee and Labor Relations,

(Teamsters Union). Implemented an maintained a smooth working

relationship with the union at Franklin Brass; implemented and

maintained Union Avoidance strategies at Gamco.

. Further responsibilities included Health and Safety as well as

Management Practices State and Federal law applications. (ADA, FMLA,

WARN etc.).

. Responsible to manage all aspects of Workers' Compensation from

initial investigation to litigation process. Reduced financial

exposure from close to $5M to $500K.

. Trained and developed a staff consisting of an assistant,

Safety/Workers' Compensation Coordinator and two other H.R. employees.

. Conducted one union contract negotiations without any disruptions.

. Reported to the President.

AMERICAN RACING EQUIPMENT 1989

- 1999

American Racing is an Aluminum and Steel wheel manufacturer company with

more than $250M in sales.

Human Resources Manager (1992 to 1999)

. My responsibilities included the management of the day-to-day

activities of the Human Resources functions in Rancho Dominguez and

Gardena facilities, totaling 1100 employees.

. Responsible for a staff of eight employees that included a Safety

Coordinator, an Occupational Nurse, and the personnel administering

the H.R. functions.

. Indirect responsibilities of the Human Resources areas of two

facilities located in the state of Kentucky and Mexico respectively.
