Country manager for all new construction builds and remediation works in Afghanistan and central
Africa. Lead and manage all design /build construction activities in respect of all Supreme logistics
division construction projects from $20,000,000 - $150,000,000 at any given time.
Lead, motivate and mange the workload and performance of a team of Afghanistan based Project
Managers and Construction Managers .Direct the preparation of architectural / engineering
/infrastructure designs for use by Contractors / Consultants and other Supreme construction personnel .

Direct oversight and selection of all sub-contractors and staff for the HRDC project, valued at
$75,000,000 in contract value. New camp build consist of all site preparation, boreholes complete with
R/O units, pumping stations and water infrastructure. Hard structure Frame Cad style accommodation
housing units for 1500 pax. Aviation compound, helicopter delivery pads, lighting, Fuels compound to
include all BFI’s. Medical clinic, DFAC, P/X, Power generation infrastructure, WWTP, Treated Water
Pond and the largest single structure warehouse in the country of Afghanistan used for ambient storage
and chiller /freezers . Warehouse capability of 40,000 pallets storage at any given time for distribution
across the southern half of the country.
Operations Manager –Supreme FZE LOGCAP 4

Complete management for all design/build construction of 3 new DFAC’s, in Camp Leatherneck each
capable of feeding 35,000 meals per day. Received letter of recommendation from USMC and ACOE for
this project. Staff consisted of 400 multi-cultural employees on site for this build.
Responsibilities compiling all daily, weekly and monthly reports to home offices in KAF, Dubai, Fluor and
DOD representatives on progress made during construction works. Order and receive all materials for
projects all builds concurrently. Maintain daily and weekly safety briefings with a zero incident for the
entire duration of project. Prepare and submit all change order request as per client’s requests.

Complete responsibility for all design/build operations under the UN 7 Camp Expansion project as well
as the UNHSP contract in the Darfur Sudan region, $18,000,000 project
Management of all respective construction managers and associated staff throughout the country.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring and terminations along with company HR guidance.
Assist and implement complete bid proposal and implement upon Notice to proceed for contract.
Prepare project scheduling and maintain a weekly update for all camps being erected concurrently for

and weekly deliverables to the UN via teleconference with Reston,VA and UN headquarters in NY .
