Baker by profession

I have been a baker for more than 20 years from 1990 to 2012.

I make a variety of bread such as whole wheat, French Bread, Italian Bread, Hot dog Bread, Hamburger

bread, Just to name a few, Also Rye Bread .

My role as a baker, responsibility for all Prebaking set up like Pre heating ovens and setting their

various controls, measuring and pre mixing ingredients to form dough or batter and making sure all

require tools are readily available.

Receiving baking production schedules and orders from customers the amounts and types of baked

goods to be prepared.

Ensuring the working area is clean and free of any spices to avoid accidents and food contamination.

Coming up with new recipes and testing them as well as conducting taste test of all goods that are sold

in the shop to ensure they are of the highest quality standards.

Additional Skills

Can operate a variety of baking equipment safely while observing all safety standards.

Can work efficient in high temperatures and still maintain large scale production schedules.

Excellent communication skills and a highly co – operative team player.
