Controlled spending associated with work centers and large-scale turbine construction projects to ensure budget compliance and overall

project profitability. Aggressively manipulated inventory levels according to fluctuating demand to provide maximum turbine availability

for customers while eliminating waste. Prepared resource loading schedules to coordinate planned & unplanned maintenance and

commissioning activities for skilled team of 24 technicians over three construction projects and four service sites.

Streamlined warehousing and shipment procedures for spare parts and maintenance materials by developing new interface

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (2005 - 2006)

Conducted continuous system improvements with Oracle 11i application to expedite wind service and parts usage reporting. Identified

gaps in existing processes and worked with various parties to define, document and implement necessary Oracle and reporting updates.

Drafted business requirements documents for use by development team for additional enhancements.

Slashed repair and maintenance times for turbine generators by implementing improved e-reporting practices.

PROJECT LEADER (2004 - 2005)

Led enterprise resource planning (ERP) project to eliminate manual reporting processes for tracking wind turbine maintenance. Utilized

various non-interfaced electronic databases and spreadsheets to create a global repository for material control, installed based

configuration, labor allocation, and report creation. Conducted user acceptance testing for various aspects of project in US, Spain and

Germany. Implemented 6-Sigma principles throughout project development and launch.

WIND TECHNICIAN III/LEAD TECHNICIAN (2003-2004)

Performed scheduled and unscheduled emergency maintenance on 1.5MW GE wind turbines. Analyzed turbine fault codes and

occurrences to troubleshoot system to component level. Replaced faulty components and conducted regular component testing to meet

availability guarantees of 98%. Reported on repairs to upper management and maintained regulatory compliance.
