1. To analyze daily rejection.

2. To prepare rejection MIS (Daily & Monthly basis)

3. To calculate rejection PPM.

4. Supplier process audit according to control plan.

5. Monitoring of Line Rejection & making Debit Note to supplier.

6. Data collection and monitoring through 7 QC Tools as Histogram, Pareto charts, Control chart etc, for internal & customer rejection, rework, customer complaints etc.

7. Making the layout report.

8. Maintain to 5S in department.

9. Minimize the line Rejection / Rework by Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing Processes.

10. Worked in System (ERP).
