Project Manager with responsibility for the CACI portion of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)

Global Solutions (DGS) operations in Germany, Bahrain, Columbus, OH, DISA HQs Ft Meade, MD; the

DMS S contract at Manassas, VA (subcontractor to Lockheed Martin); and the DVS G contract at the

AT&T facility in Drainsville, VA. Further, I manage the DISA ENCORE II tasks in Afghanistan, Tampa, FL,

and DISA Headquarters in Maryland, and C4IES CENTCOM, in Bahrain. I provide programmatic support

to DISA where I am responsible for the planning, organizing, staffing, and managing various task orders in

compliance with both contract and task order level metrics. I manage a total of 36 CACI and one

subcontractor technicians at six locations. I manage the technical direction of the projects through the

design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. I direct and supervise all

support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. I am also responsible for

acquiring follow on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business

development by leading or assisting with proposals. I am responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and

sustainment of CACI employees at all locations. I identify qualification standards for employees and

develop training strategies for team members. I review and approve timecards, prepare and conduct

performance reviews, and recommend bonuses and salary increases as appropriate.

networks, LAN/WAN backbone, and ADNX analog channel banks used on RAVN. I played an active role

in the testing and evaluation of the new technologies presented to HQ ACC, by numerous vendors, for

implementation in to RAVN. I provided the lead for developing implementation standards for these

technologies.

coordinated and directed all fiber optic, channel bank, and multiplexer installations and repair actions. I

was responsible for the implementation and activation of data and voice circuits. I provided engineering

assistance for fiber optic systems, multiplexer systems, and long haul circuits. I designed, installed, and

maintained the fiber optic, digital microwave, multiplexers, and T1 span line systems.
