treatment program.
o Maintain environmental compliance at three wastewater treatment plants
during maternity leave of St. Louis MSD staff. Develop and audit PSM
program.
o Participated with team of owners to negotiate consent agreement for
reopening bankrupt steel company. Property identified by US EPA as
potential superfund clean-up site. Process required issuance of new
environmental permits for air, wastewater, SPCC, stormwater, hazardous
waste. Managed completion of Phase II investigation on 400-acre site
to identify existing environmental conditions.
