owners and former TNT explosive manufacturing.

assisting site managers responsible for environmental compliance at

field operations and major manufacturing locations in both US and

Canada. Assist other SH&E managers with environmental and operational

issues at more than 60 US locations in multiple states.

o Manage and approve environmental documentation for US and Canadian

Operations for routine reporting. Area of compliance included air

emissions, SPCC, SWPPP, and NPDES, hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

trained district staff on implementation of EMS.

treatment program.

o Maintain environmental compliance at three wastewater treatment plants

during maternity leave of St. Louis MSD staff. Develop and audit PSM

program.

o Participated with team of owners to negotiate consent agreement for

reopening bankrupt steel company. Property identified by US EPA as

potential superfund clean-up site. Process required issuance of new

environmental permits for air, wastewater, SPCC, stormwater, hazardous

waste. Managed completion of Phase II investigation on 400-acre site

to identify existing environmental conditions.

o Completed annual air emission and compliance certification reports in

several states for a variety of industrial clients including cement

manufacturers, cement distributors, cement ready-mix plants, bakeries,

environmental permitting and compliance while also servicing federal and

state contracts for other company offices in the St. Louis region.

Project Manager for the Weldon Spring Site Remedial Action Project (WSSRAP)

for wasterwater treatment during remediation. Completed startup of the

three wastewater treatment facilities at U.S. Department of Energy

Superfund cleanup site. Hired and managed 24-hour per day operations staff

for three wastewater treatment plants.
