Chloride (PVC) Polymerization plant, covering the Polymerization Reaction Section, Recycle

Vinyl Chloride Monomer (R-VCM) Section, and various Utilities and Offsites Systems (including

Flare, Fuel Gas, Steam, Demineralized Water, Cooling Water, Instrument Air, Power, and

Tankage).

Performed plant equipment test runs to support project development basis with business

planners and design engineers.

Sizing, selection and installation of pumps, valves, lines, vessels, pressure relief valves and

rupture disks.

Developed / reviewed process equipment lists, datasheets, PFDs, and P&ID/hydraulics.

Assisted with overpressure relief / flare design evaluations as part of PSM re-evaluations, and

participated in HAZOP/SIL/LOPA analyses through application of operations technical and risk
