OBJECTIVE:
My objective is utilizing the best of my Engineering & Construction
Management skills, sound technical knowledge, and diversified experience in
various types of buildings and site development works on other more complex
natured and large scale projects and sectors to achieve professional
satisfaction.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
I have over 30 years of multi-discipline and multi-tasking experience from
on-hand engineering to managing engineering and construction projects
related to industrial, commercial, residential and institutional
facilities, roads, bridges, and site development infrastructure works. My
experience is initiating these projects from conceptual stage and taking
them all the way through design, execution and handing over to the client.
My main skill is coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in
professional manner, and getting them approved through multiple disciplines
and departments during design phase and executing these projects through
procurement and construction phases till completion of the project while
maintaining quality, meeting schedule and delivering the project within
current industry standards and allocated budget.
I have full command and control over project management techniques (scope
management, time management, cost management, change management, sub-
contract management, delegation of activities, conflicts resolution through
persuasion and mediation, achieving targets etc.) to successfully deliver
different types of building and site development works through integration
and coordination with various project elements. These works include
Industrial Buildings, Heavy Machine Foundations, Warehouses, High rise
buildings, Healthcare facilities, Educational facilities, Commercial
projects, Public welfare projects, Government buildings, single and
multiple family residential units, etc.

document control and document management; and also have competency and
confidence to make technical presentations. These are primary and essential
tools for successfully managing and completing any project.
