decreasing the firms expense of providing Blackberries to its

employees

. Built out IP telephony system using Mitel technologies for London

Office allowing NY dealer lines to be extended to London office

. Upgraded trading phone system to an IPC turret system providing

traders with an extremely robust and customizable system
