Experience in virtually all aspects of pre-press operations in team environments; setups and teardown.

Skilled in color matching, fusing, collating, trimming and packing functions; pre-et machines strictly to job order specifications and ink mixing.

Experience with Sheet / web presses, collator machines, and ARC fusing machines; enter job data in to the computer tracking/pricing database system, 4 color process,Telecolor, Microcolor and unit keys.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent ability to work well with others in both a group setting as well as from a supervisory position, without sacrificing attention to work detail. Proficient in numerous systems and equipment:

V-30 12 unit cold set web press with 2 combination folders. Goss C-700 DL wide, Metro goss 18 units. Goss Sunday M2000, Heidelberg Sunday M2000, 8 units with close loop CCS.

M-600 Heidelberg 8-unit heat set web press with combination folder.

Heidelberg Harris Speed Master 29x38 w/perfecter, Harris M1000BE roll to roll finishing, Off Line with imagining, and Hantscho cutter and roll delivery. 8 unit Hantscho Mark16 Heatset web press.

Muller Martini UV heat-set 9 unit forms printing press with glue system. Finish product included; roll to roll, fan fold, and sheeter. Diddi SV 15.

Harris Graphics, J25, and J15 combination folders.

J7, J15, J25 combination folders, and the rima stacker with digital program, countoveyer, copy machine, pre-press, and plate burners.

Atlas and King web presses, Bingo presses.

19x25 4 color Heidelberg with continuous feed, 2 color Hamada, 4 color Shinahara w/Auto console.

Trident Subs, Fast attack Subs, Respirator, and Radiation Passed, Delta Pier Clearance.
