Lead POS Sales Product Manager (Sr. Manager)
• Developed retail payment solutions for many of America’s largest merchants. We have built
PayPal Retail POS solutions into merchants like Home Depot, Abercrombie and Finch,
Barnes and Noble, all the way to Toys R Us. We work directly with hardware vendors, ePOS
manufacturers, and Payment Switch providers so that we can enable large enterprise
merchants to accept PayPal at the Point of Sale. These solutions incorporate payments,
financing, coupons, loyalty programs, dynamic reporting, mobile marketing, m-commerce, as
well as e-commerce.
• Traveling extensively, I met with the CEO and CIO of Fortune 500 retail companies and
presented next generation payment solutions in the e-commerce, mobile, and retail sectors.
• Successfully negotiated with terminal, POS, and Payment switch vendors to incorporate the
new PayPal solutions into their product offerings.
• Managed a $12 million development budget that incorporated Sales Engineers, System
Architects, Developers, and project managers.
• Helped developed the product roadmap for PayPal’s POS and mobile wallet solutions.

• Developed the iPhone CC Terminal Application and the iSwipe iPhone Payment Application sales
channel and marketing program. iSwipe is currently a top 50 business application in the App
Store. These Apps enable to merchants to accept credit cards directly from their smart phones.
Apple also included it in two of their commercials, which you have probably seen on TV.
These mobile solutions also include versions for the Android and Windows Mobile platforms.

• Our App Ninja mobile payment application is currently certified with 24 of the largest payment
gateways and front end processors in the world. This application has also been private
labeled by both large and small acquiring organizations. We also board between 550-800 new
direct merchant accounts per month with a sales team of 6 people. We also became
Authorize.net’s (Visa’s gateway) fifth largest reseller.
• Developed 197 new merchant account referral partners in 19 months. These partners range from
POS companies, App Developers, Web Development and hosting companies as well as
traditional ISO’s and agents.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in international payment markets such as Canada, UK,
Europe and Asia.
• Helped developed the first payment application for the iPhone. This included managing
development budget and defining the project roadmap for the first generation of mobile smart
phone processing.

• Developed the Integrated Payment Systems Channel for Cynergy Data and grew the
group from 1 person to 15 employees in one year, while at the same time growing processing
volume by $523,000,000 annually.
• Oversaw PCI DSS and PA-DSS certifications for both Cynergy Data and its technology
partners.
• Developed mutually profitable business partnerships with point of sale, ISO’s, web
development, technology Payment Gateways, and referral partners.
• Oversaw the integration of numerous technology partners with the Cynergy Data LUCY
Gateway.
• Consulted with technology partners on security, integration options, and developing value
added services to their systems.
• Managed a $7 million dollar budget that included sales, sales support, developers,
relationship managers, and integration specialists. Helped develop the product roadmap for
the payment gateway used by over 10,000 merchants across America.
