AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Preventive Maintenance & Budget Planning
o Budget the entire maintenance operations to ensure accomplishment of
productivity targets. Being Power User of SAP PM and End User of MM
Module all maintenance/project planning is done for instrumentation Dept.
o Identify scope for executing cost/ energy saving techniques &
modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and
work within the budget.
o Preventive Maintenance is done as per ISO-9001 standards. ISO 9001,
14001, OHSAS 18001 co-ordinator for Beneficiation plant.
o Worked as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 for the
organization and Zone Leader for 5S.
Operations Management
o Experiences in PROSCON DCS, Ge-Fanuc and Allen Bradley PLC, UPS System,
Fibre Optics Communication, OPC and Modbus communications for operation
management.
o Manage all aspects of Field Instruments like pressure transmitter, flow
transmitters, weightometers, temperature sensor, level controllers,
density controllers Safety Instruments.
o Troubleshooting in instrument & its logic problems and electrical
hardware.
o Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and adhere to ISO 9001
norms. Generating reports w.r.t to ISO & other maintenance activities.
JOB PROFILE
Design phase
o Verification of P& ID's and preparation of I/O list.
o Planning and estimation of requirements.
o Preparation of engineering requirements for the suppliers.
o Make the detail Specification of inst and Quality and logic
o Interface between E& I finalization
o Heat load calculation to the DCS system
o Calculation for Idle time for DCS FCS.
Implementation phase.
o Material procurement and management.
o Erection of field instruments.
o Verification and calibration of all field instruments.
o BOQ inspection as per order for any short fail and quality &
Specification assurance.
o Hooking of Electrical drive with Swapping of Existing motor with new
one
Commissioning phase
o Loop checking & hooking up of instruments.
o Hook up of DCS analog & digital cards in CS3000 control system for 750
TPD project and & Silica filter project I/O list, Control logic, Graphics
Maintenance phase
o Planning the daily activities and allocation of jobs to the sub-ordinates
based on the requirement and importance.
o Carrying out improvement activities to sustain 99.98% availability of
Instruments towards production.
o Checking of stocks for consumables & spares and raising indents before
alarming level.
o Have proper control over inventory maintenance as well as satisfying the
requirements of internal customers.
o Adequate knowledge in SAP-R/3 - the centralized materials planning
software
o Insure improvement activities to sustain 99.95% availability of
Instruments towards production.
o Maintain stocks as per VED analysis for consumables & spares and raising
indents before alarming level.
