The twenty years I spent within the mortgage banking industry resulted in a role which changed from account
executive to a mortgage industry consultant. Although my primary responsibility was to generate business from both
existing and new clients, it evolved to a position to which I was required to teach and train new employees, as well as
become a subject matter expert regarding most aspects of mortgage lending, including compliance and regulations as
well as the guidelines required by the bank or lending institution that I had worked for.
During the early part of my mortgage industry career, I was selected as a trainer of a new computer system for one of
the companies that I had worked for and traveled throughout the United States, training various offices on how to

Additional skills include prospecting for new business, focusing on identifying and building relationships with key
decision makers through professional and trade organizations. I also participated in trade shows, and effectivly
