. Shoppers Stop was incorporated in 1991 by the K. Raheja Corp group of
companies, one of the largest players in the country in the real
estate development and hotel businesses.
. From 2800 Sq.ft to over 9, 50,000 sq.ft, from 1 store to 52
international class stores, Shoppers Stop has claimed the No 1
position in the Department store category. From unknown customers to
over 500000 loyal customers, Shoppers Stop has created one of India's
largest retail loyalty program called the First Citizen program. First
Citizens' is a relationship management program aimed at acquiring and
retaining loyal, high net worth customers.
. From being a department store, Shoppers Stop is the only Indian Store
represented in the Intercontinental Group of Department Stores (IGDS)
with the likes of Selfridges (UK),Karstadt ( Germany), Shanghai No 1 (
China), Manor ( Switzerland) to name a few.
