Coordinate all site construction activities while supervising both field
and trade personnel on numerous projects. Responsible for bid consults,
design, surveying, layouts, forecasting, scheduling, estimating and cost
control. Maintain accurate daily field reports, RFIs, change logs,
submittals, vendor and materials management, schedule inspections,
establish and enforce site schedule requirements as well as strict
adherence to jobsite safety policies, labor relations, team building,
mentoring novice carpentry workers on technical issues as well as company
policies, processes and quality. Develop partnerships and build a positive
rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients
while maintaining sound knowledge of state and local building codes.
