. Continually recruits, evaluates, and screens linguist personnel who
will work as interpreter/translators/analysts worldwide.
. In charge of creating a pipeline of Dari/Pashto/Farsi linguists and

. Coordinates recruiting efforts within various other staff functions,
such as human resources, security, logistics, transportation, travel,
and operations.

. Responsible for day-to-day operational and technical oversight of the
recruiting process, which may include professional proficiency
