Senior Proposal Manager for the DOD Counter Narco-Terrorism Program Office (CNTPO), Training

Services Support and Operations Logistics Support RFP’s. Acquisition will be for IDIQ's (CNTPO

MAIDIQs) by the US Army Redstone Arsenal Space and Missile Defense Command and the DOD CNTPO.

The mission is to provide technology and acquisition support to Combant Commanders (COCOMS), Federal

agencies, State and local authorities, and partner nation agencies to disrupt, deter, and defeat the threat to

national security posed by illicit trafficking in all its manifestations: drugs, small arms and explosives,

precursor chemicals, people, and illicitly-gained and laundered money.

domestically and overseas is critical in achieving U.S. Diplomatic and National Security objectives, winning

2010 Sr. Proposal Manager - Raytheon Intel/Info Systems

Senior Proposal Manager on NETCENTS 2 Application Services Proposal – I managed 25 personnel, Book

Bosses, SME’s, Graphics, DTP’s, Engineers, Technical Writers and Editors. This proposal provided the US Air

Force, DOD and Federal Agencies a primary source of networking equipment/product supply and a means of system

engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance for a family of DOD adopted commercially

standardized networking solutions that are interoperable with A/F Joint, and DOD standardized Networking

Technical Architectures. NETCENTS 2 includes Network Centric Information Technology, Networking, Telephony

and Security (NCITNTS) Voice, Video and Data Communications to include COTS products, system solutions and

systems hardware, computing centers and software to satisfy the requirements for interoperability, compatibility, and

resource sharing of GRE and CFE supporting the A/F Global Information Grid architecture. Lead Pink, Red, Gold,

Intelligence Support Service – Afghanistan (ISS A) for a multi faceted Intelligence Operations Support program.

Senior Proposal Management for DRS on US Navy E-6B Aircraft survivable platform for command and

control strategic nuclear forces. Strategic communications mission wings are comprised of operating

squadrons at various MOB and FOB locations. Proposal supported aircraft maintenance, computer systems,

support equipment, PHS&T, HR and staffing for 24/7 at US Navy and Air-Force locations providing analysis

for staffing, transitioning and teaming.

Assessment Center (NITAAC) pre-proposal for a Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide

Acquisition Contract (GWAC) IDIQ contract. Procurement through the National Institutes of Health (NIH)

for multiple non-mandatory task order contracts (CPFFO, CPAF, T&M and FFP). Contract provides health

infrastructure and initiatives. Services include end-to-end solutions support for DHS development,

deployment, operation, maintenance, and sustainment.

2009 Sr. Proposal Manager - MSTI

Senior Proposal Manager for MSTI on US Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Contracting Center of

Excellence (CCE) procurement for Studies and Analysis Support of Human Resources Services proposal, to

provide support to the Army’s Human Resource programs and systems with a focus on business planning,

research and evaluation of HR programs.

2008 Sr. Proposal Manager - SAIC

Senior Proposal Manager on Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicle, Joint Logistics Integrator

(JLI) II for the Joint Program Office (JPO). MRAP program is a joint venture with the Marine Corps and

2008 Sr. Proposal Manager - SAIC

Senior Proposal Manager for SAIC Operations, Intelligence and Security (OIS) Business Unit teamed with

Bosch Security Systems to provide an open architecture video surveillance and monitoring system. The

proposed Digital Video Surveillance System (DVSS) will assist a single Central Control Station (CCS)

Watch-stander, with performance computer based hardware and software to access video from remote

cameras located in the DDG111 and DDG 112 construction and throughout the US Navy modernization

program for the DDG 51 Arleigh Burke-class destroyers.

LA. Proposal requirements were to support a critical recovery program that included Program and Quality

Management Plans, Staffing, Security, Environmental, Health, Fire Safety, Environmental Protection,

Medical, Energy Management, Mobilization/Demobilization Plan, Infrastructure Construction of buildings,

roads and bridges. Participated and lead Gate, color and Pricing reviews.

Proposal and Capture Manager on the Air Combat Command (ACC) Contracting Squadron of the Air Force

for the Forward Operating Locations-Base Operating Support (FOL-BOS) program in Aruba, Curacao and

Manta Ecuador. Mission is to sustain U.S. surveillance aircraft supporting U.S. Southern Command
