MY PRACTICAL WORK ABILITIES AND SKILLS
I can prepare by my own(myself), all the basic gravy like tomato gravy(red
gravy), white gravy(cashew nut based gravy), onion based gravy like brown
gravy, yellow gravy and chop mashala which is used as base of all the
dishes in Indian cuisine.
I can prepare various rice preparation as from basic steamed rice to
various pulao (jeera /mater/vegetable/methi pulao etc), curd rice and
Biryani (multiple type of recipes with mutton/chicken and veg ).
I can prepare various Dal(pulses) like yellow dal, dal tadka, yellow dal
fry, dal panchratan, dal maharani, dal dhaba, dal makhani etc and Beans
like rajama.
I can prepare various veg curry and gravy based recipe like as
1. potato based ( dam aaloo kasmir, achari aaloo)
2. green veg based (mix veg, veg jhalfarezi, diwani handi, gobhi
mussalam,kumbh capsicum mater, kadhhi bhindi, kurmuri bhindi,
navaratan korma,haryali corn mashala, baigan ka bharta).
3. Paneer based recipe like malai kofta, sahi paneer korma, panner tikka
mashala, palak paneer, haryali corn paneer, matar paneer, paneer
makhani, kadhahi paneer, paneer pasanda, paneer methi mashala,
paneer do pyaza, paneer capsicum bhujiya etc.
4. Other veg ingredients like Mushroom, corn based recipe like mater
mushroom makhana, kumbh capsicum, palak(spinach) corn, hyderabadi
moti mutter etc.
5. Various recipe using chick peas like chana peshawari, pindi chole,
chole mashala.
I can prepare various non veg. curry and gravy based item like as
1. Fish: Macchi amritsari(dry as snakes), Bengali fish curry, saroon
wala macchi, goen fish curry, dahi macchi, and other as prawn curry,prawn coconut curry,prawn mashala etc
2. Mutton: mutton curry, mutton rogan josh, bhuna gosht, rara gosht,
mutton musallam, mutton chilly fried, mutton pepper fry, mutton
darbari, mutton rizala etc
3. Chicken: chicken curry,chicken mashala, kadahi murg, chicken tikka
mashala, chicken patiyala,murg rara,chicken kolhapori, murg do
pyaza, navaratan chicken, purani dilli ka chicken korma, achari murg, sahi chicken korma, butter chicken, murg musallam etc.
I can prepare various desert/sweet indian recipe as halwa(gajar ka halwa,
moong dal ka halwa),kheer(louki ka kheer,rice kheer, sewai/vermicelli),
rabadi, laddu, shahi tukda,kaju ka barfi etc and other side dish as
pakoda,verious bhaji, raita, chatani, salad etc

I have passion for cooking so I choose f&b production as my career. I
Am a first class B.Sc Hotel Mgt Graduate now pursuing P.G. diploma in
food Safety and Quality Management which is one of the most important
aspects of entire food processing from farm-to-fork. I want to be a
great chef. I got appreciation latter from chef during my industrial
training for my hard and dedicated work. I am positive, committed,
innovative at my work. I believe that providing a "quality customer
service" is the most important factor in hospitality industries. So I
believe in team work which help each other and is essential in order
