Directed short and midterm operations for a facility manufacturing products like TV transmitters, Antenna, Industrial Microwave dryers,FRP value added products leading team 50 employees mentored various departments like Material Planning, Procurement, Sub contracting, Quality assurance, Machine shops, Fabrication, Assembly & Dispatch.

I am well aware of establishing quality management system. Obtained ISO 9001 certificate & maintained/ improved the quality management system for 10 years, mentored quality inspectors to work in shifts maintain required log registers,inspection forms provided training to employee & inspectors to understand testing equipment, procedures, coordinated with other departments for documents change, additional tools, taking decision for deviations, rework / scrap as case may be to maintain smooth flow of production. Handled short and midterm operations for a facility manufacturing TV Transmitter & Broadcast division 180 employees .Total employee in organization 900 & was responsible for output of division and coordinated, directed the departments – marketing, design & engineering, machine shop, fabrication, outsourcing, production planning & control, assembly floors, testing, customer support, and quality assurance .

Established and maintained ISO 9001 work culture. I was also a member of management review committee for ensuring quality management system, organized department with 5 Inspectors and 1 supervisor. Achieved ISO 9001 compliance by developing quality standards & implementing administrative accountable procedures.
