Foreign Object Elimination Coordinator (2005 – 2010)

• Product Lead in the development and implementation of a Foreign Object Elimination

(FOE) Program for Lockheed Martin Space Systems at the Michoud site which required

implementing new practices designed to eliminate damage caused by foreign objects

invading the product.

• Developed an aggressive training program that reduced the training time for visitor by 80%

and 60% for employees.

• Developed a dynamic web-based training program for area supervisors that reduced training

time by 30%.

• Designed Huddle Topics and posters used throughout the facility as tools to introduce best
