ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ( PROJECT ENGINEER ) :

• Site measurement for preparing general layout drawings.

• Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.

• Scheduling projects in ordered steps.

• To assign tasks for technicians to fabricate and servicing.

• Providing technical support to the project team and wider regional teams.

• Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.

• Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.

• Responsible for the completion of all documentation like Vendor Document Request

(VDR).

• Producing Test Plans and reports.

• Prepare contract documentation for procurement services and materials.

• Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and manufacture of products to agreed budgets and time frames.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ( AUTOCADD ENGINEER ) :

• Experienced in the design and calculation related to all mechanical and structural of Cranes like Single & Double girder EOT Cranes, Semi portal Gantry Cranes, Pillar mounted jib cranes, Box up crane, Under hung Cranes and Spreader beam for Indoor, Outdoor and offshore/Vessel applications.

• Selection of Beam size for single girder, double girder, runway & columns as per EUROCODE CODE 1 PART 3 standards.

• Checking of stress, deflection for I beams and buckling, stress induced in columns using Autocad and Solidworks.

• Preparing General Assembly drawing / Layout drawings for customer and manufacturing drawing with bill of materials for fabrication work.

• Explained drawings to production teams and provided adjustments as necessary.

• Ability to interpret technical information in a clear and precise manner.

• Actively participating in problem solving analysis and technical discussions and support Lead Engineer with input and analysis to support decision-making PROJECTS HANDLED :

• Design and calculated 16 ton double girder Box-up EOT crane and 5 ton single girder Under hung EOT crane at PT. karyasindo samudra biru shipyard ( Indonesia ).

• Design and calculated 15 ton double girder Box-up EOT crane and 10 ton double girder Box-up EOT crane and 7.5 ton single girder Under hung EOT crane at Lim teck Yong ( Singapore ).

• Design and calculated 8 ton single girder Under hung EOT crane at ST Kinetics

( Singapore ).

• Design and calculated 1000kg, 500kg, 250 kg A-frames gantry cranes with manual chain blocks and electric chain hoists.

• Supervised and installed 5 units of Stainless steel (SS 304 ) light crane system ( KBK ) at Novartis bioPharmOps ( Singapore ).

• Supervised and installed Emergency baggage chute at Terrminal-4 changi airport

( Singapore ).

CADD ENGINEER -: AUGUST 2011 – SEPTEMBER 2014. (3 yrs 1 month) Responsible for design, drafting, 3D design, construction and assembly drawings for fabrication as per customer request.

• Providing cutting plan for plates using AutoCAD & FAST CAM Nesting software to ensure maximum usage of plate and minimize the wastages.

• Configure CNC program for cutting of plates using FAST CAM software for fabrication.

• Preparing Purchase request to procure materials from B.O.M using Enterprise Resource Planning

( E.R.P – ORACLE ).

• Responsibility of Documentation & installation guide, project reports. PROJECTS HANDLED :

• Clinker Crusher for ICL-Sankari.

• ID FAN & FD FAN FOR NTPC- TALCHER.

• Reverse Engineered Cooler ID Fan for ICL-Yerraguntalla.

• Reverse Engineering and changing of end pins for TNPL, ESSAR, TTPS impeller drive shafts.

• Bearing housing for NTPC – FARRAKA and ESSAR steel.

• Process fans for steel,sugar and process industries. SOFTWARE SKILLS:
