Developed over a 3 year period, the revolutionary design of a Robotic Lift

Device used with a Mobile Creel to dramatically increase Twisting package

size and efficiency, eliminate manual handling after Twisting, and reduced

labor requirements 20 % in Twisting and Heat Set.

Step Increase in Heat Set Belt Speeds and Belt Mass, Conducted trials on

increases of 10 to 30% in Heat Set production.

Annual budgeted savings between $1.0 and $1.5 Millions

Identified and implemented cost savings over the entire cost spectrum.
