. Develop Logical & Physical Schematic drawings, 3D wire harness

designs and electrical component packaging through team of designers.

. Build Enterprise resource Master Library for 3D Components & Devices

in NX7.5 and qualify connectors for wiring assembly as a part of

Global Design Solution (GDS)

. Responsible for participating in design reviews, completing action

items, and assisting with issues closure.

. Prepare design developments for other packages of the project

including schematic diagrams, Connector qualification, preliminary

harness development plans, conceptual systems designs.

. Focus of customizing engineering CADD and PLM systems (Team center,

FORD, Product Development Engineer (CAE) June 2007-

. Duties included performing power train tests which included sensor

setup, data acquisition, data post processing, and analysis to

determine vibration and acoustic characteristics for the purpose of

benchmarking various car power trains.

. Collaborated with other CAE engineers to correlate physical prototype

test data with analytical CAE model results

. Provided solutions to customers requests for assistance in resolving

vibration and noise related problems

. Support FEV/Customer NVH interactions

. Drivability and NVH validation and optimization.

. Performed finite element analysis (preprocessor/post processor) of

automotive components and assemblies with Hypermesh software

mesh generation, and perform stress analysis.

. Completed 6 weeks of Implant training in Birla cements as a summer

Intern.

Role: Worked with Mechanical systems such as cyclones which trap the

larger particulates in kiln gases and act as preconditioners for

downstream collection devices .
