Operate under a Trauma Informed Care set of principles in practice.

Carried a part time case load of children placed in therapeutic foster

homes. These children had previous unsuccessful traditional care

placements and/or inpatient psychiatric care and hospitalizations.

Successfully completed agency orientation and training. Maintains a

traditional client record and an “online file”.

• Documents individual therapy via progress notes and in

accordance with regulatory requirements for funding sources.

• Assess’ client needs and strengths with the aide of CFARS,

QPRT, DSAI, TSCC and various other clinical tools to ensure an
