Accomplishments

Served as home office pre-construction support manager for a $2.4B Air

Quality Control upgrade project consisting of four 900 MW coal-fired

units in southern Georgia. Solely developed the overall construction

plan and level 1 construction schedule consisting of over 2,500

activities and assisted with integrating the construction into the

overall project schedule of over 45,000 activities. All four units

included FGD's, SCR's, Baghouses and supporting systems with three

outages each unit over a six year construction period. Remained totally

involved through the first three years of construction consulting with

the site management team for planning, schedule and document control

issues.

the entire project beginning with phase 1 conceptual design and cost

estimate through detailed design up to and including construction support.
