PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Basically Responsibilities:

. Design, debugging and install electronic hardware (digital and analog)

and support software development for wide variety of sophisticated

circuits for diverse applications (electronic devices and control

systems).

. Design, fabricate, modify and evaluate test equipment for validation and

verification of electrical devices boards and modules levels.

. Operational knowledge of related test support equipment & development of

fixtures required to support component, subsystem and system development.

. Perform testing, observe and record results, and maintain detailed test

records. Designing, setting up and processing vibration testing, shock

testing, and climatic testing.

. Develop, create and modify system applications in using SOC and memory

test systems, create and debugging test program for checking of digital

and analog/mixed signal IC using C++

. Experience with ATE (calibration, initialization, troubleshooting),

analyzers, real-time and sample oscilloscopes and etc.

. Design and debug of peripheral test hardware such as load boards

(performance board) and probe cards.

. Provide electrical engineering support for manufacturing, marketing and

aftermarket service functions.

. Technical hands on abilities including; soldering, assembly, circuit

debugging and etc.

. Design and develop electrical devices and cables for test of electronics

modules (power module and motor controller module) and boards for

helicopter rescue hoist systems, using Cadence schematic capture tool.

. Debugging electrical schematics of test equipment (digital, analog).

. Create QTPs (qualification test plan) and ATPs (acceptance test

procedure) far validation and test of electronics boards.

. Validate and test boards and modules of helicopter rescue hoist systems

in accordance to QTPs and ATPs.

. DO-254/DO-178 experience.

. Design and develop test equipment, plans, and procedures.

. Design, debugging electrical schematics of test equipment (digital,

analog) and cables for checking of vehicle power control systems, fly

control systems and fuel control systems, using schematic capture tool.

. Organize test processes and design of test equipment for produced

devices.

. Module test and diagnostic development in R&D and manufacturing test

environment.

Position: Electrical Engineer

o Design electronic circuits (amplifiers, filters, oscillators, logic and

digital control circuitry and etc.) and support software development

(schematics, PCB layout, prototyping, debugging).

o Designs and service multitask power supplies (AC/DC, DC/DC converters,

voltage and current regulators, battery chargers, voltage and current

sources).

o Modification and new design of the control circuits with using digital

(microcontrollers) and analog devices for measurement coatings thickness

on ferrous surfaces and non-ferrous surfaces.

o Design of sensors for gauge thickness.

o PCB design and create of BOM

o Test and calibration gauge thickness, laser circuits.

o Modification of the circuits (power supply and functional) for step

motor's control with using motion controllers.

o Research of the reasons causing the high level of noise at measuring

works on the calibrator of laser transmitters, development of decisions

for reduction of a level of noise and their realization.

o Provide electrical engineering support for manufacturing, marketing and

Position: Test Application Engineer

. Operational knowledge of related test support equipment & development of

fixturing required to support component, subsystem and system

development, integration & qualification testing.

. Provide direct technical application and hardware support of ATE to the

manufacturing floor environment in support of daily production goals and

activities.

. Application support:

- Supporting a manufacturing production test environment including

yielding improvement, test time reduction and employing cost effective

test solutions.

- Perform ATE software installation or upgrade at the customer's site.

Develop, create and modify system applications using C++, and ATL to

provide customers with technical support in using test systems on UNIX

platform.

- Investigate ATE s/w and h/w related performance issues.

Recommend solutions.

- Participating in a customer project based. Provide projects for

creating and debugging of

the DC, AC, and functional test code for checking of digital and

analog/mixed signal IC (DAC, ADC, CODEC).

. Hardware support:

- Replacement defective modules with one from their on-site spares

kit. The defective board is then sent in for repair and returned once

completed.

- ATE timing and measurement initialization and calibration.

- Design and debug of peripheral test hardware such as load boards

(performance

board), probe cards and modules.

Education: Leningrad Technical Institute, St. Petersburg, Russia;

M.S. in electrical engineering
