• Implemented traceability initiative for customers such as McDonalds, Coca Cola, Kellogg’s, etc.
• Redesigned CRM, ERP solutions in Sage Mas 200 for better forecasting of products, shipments and
Business intelligence as well as implementation of a production dashboard.
TANIMURA AND ANTLE, Salinas, CA 2001 to 2009

Agriculture Company and one of the world’s largest lettuce growers with eight locations worldwide and revenues
of up to $1B annually.

Direct activities include supporting up to 1200 employees and maintain performance of more than 40 servers.
• Restructured department operating with no vision or structure by implementing procedures to enable
information sharing among staff that ensured optimum performance of all activities.
• Eliminated high-volume system viruses occurring in forklifts from misuse and Malware that crippled
