The Supply Chain Management Data Warehouse (SCMDW) supports Kaiser

Permanente with consolidated view of detailed and aggregated supply chain

information related to invoices, vouchers, general ledgers, purchase

orders, vendors, items inventory. SCMDW receives its data from disparate

transactional systems across all different regions in Kaiser. SCMDW needs

to be configured to receive data from that system as well to maintain its

ability to perform enterprise-wide reporting to build an integrated data

warehouse model so that all supply chain data will be available in one

location.

Performance Measurement Data Warehouse for Remedy Application. It is the

system of record and data from Remedy is loaded daily into PMDW using the

ETL process and is used by senior management in order to view the reports

based on the tickets raised through Remedy application such as severity of

tickets that were raised, incidents count - Critical, Medium, High, MTTR,

RFC %Successful, outage if any, alerts, alarms, SLA Attainment, Incident

priority, etc.
