• Operating Ultra-Violet Reactor Ovens for curing and air filtering systems and assuring

• Operate computer and manual control systems of Ultraviolet direct drive roller coating

reactor oven machine

• Repair and replace all system components in accordance to manufacturer standards

• Using approved company control sample to match color, tint and gloss to customer

specifications

• Perform routine quality control inspections during all phases of the finishing process to

ensure that all customer specifications have been met

• Ensure projects are completed within scheduled time frame and meet quality control

standards

• Communicate with shop foreman and other team members to discuss progress of

current projects and completion goals for daily work schedule

Numatic Finishing Corporation- Assistant Hazardous Waste Manager (2005-2010)

• Maintained log of all hazardous chemicals being store including amounts, types and

areas where hazardous waste were produced.

• Handling of chemicals and overall cleanliness of all areas and equipment.

• Schedule pick up and removal of hazardous waste in accordance with government

regulations.

• Daily inspections of all spray booths and air systems and recording manometer reading

• Accompanying state and government inspectors during inspections

• Preparing a weekly hazardous waste report containing current amounts of hazardous

materials needed such as latex or enamel, water base or oil base paints, primers, sealers

and topcoats.

mixing of materials in order to avoid injuries.

• Preparing and mixing of materials to be sprayed and pre-spray sample testing

• Applied specified coatings in phases to all material surfaces described in customer work

order.
