Objective While my primary background is Retail Manager, that
does not limit my abilities. Retail management also
encompasses many of the duties of management of a
staff of an office or corporate setting. This
includes Human Resources and Trainer
responsibilities, recruiting, coaching employees,
performing employee evaluations, setting salaries,
and promoting employees. I obtained my Bachelor of
Science and Associate degrees in Information
Technology. I am currently working on my MBA. I
would like to take what I have learned from my
previous experiences and apply it to a new career.

I am responsible for the operations of a wireless
communications store. I am responsible for
scheduling, HR issues, training, coaching, and
Profit & Loss Statement. My actions and leadership
directly affect the profitability of the store.

I have setup LAN and WLAN for friends and family. I
have troubleshooting experience and repair
experience for taking care of issues for friends
and family. I have also have a background with
Apple products and strong knowledge and hands on

equipment, such as installing digital surround
sound, HDTV 3D, Blu ray, and video game systems.

Operations Manager
I was responsible for the day to day operations of
running a big box retail store. I was in charge of
training, coaching, safety, scheduling, new hire
orientations, and loss prevention procedures. I was
also in charge of audits, price changes, inventory
and Accounts Payable & Receivable. I recruited,
interviewed, and worked as the Human Resources
Representative. I was in charge of payroll,
applications, I-9 Forms, tax forms, and any
counseling.

I was responsible for day to day operations of
running a retail store managing over 30 employees
in a Big Box Retailer. Responsible for P&L, Shrink,
audits, Inventory, Training and Managing the
employees. I was in charge of scheduling, payroll,
new hire orientations, and HR functions. At this
store I was the first manager in many years to
obtain any bonus. The store was in the negative in
profit and now it is in the black.

I was responsible in leading employees in saving
our company assets by all threats of loss.
External, Internal, and Organizational losses are
some of the areas that we cover. I was also
responsible for safety issues and training for
safety issues. OSHA standards had to be met as
well. I had to create and run many reports. I had
to perform audits. I taught classes and trained all
associates on safety and loss prevention
procedures. Upon my departure, I was ranked number
three number in the district for ROI (Return On
Investment)

and reading various reports. I am familiar with
Microsoft Office and having a supervisory role in
an office setting.

Spent two years as a District Trainer of new

Resources as well. I overlooked eight stores and

these stores.
