LWBS decreased from 5% to less than 2% from June 2011 to April 2012.

Successful implementation of T-System in two emergency departments during November 2011 and

April 2012.

Successful restructuring of administrative nursing supervisor role and emergency department

leadership to increase productivity and optimize positions within the ED.

Instructor for BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC for approximately 5-7 years.

Mountain Area Trauma Regional Advisory Committee member and secretary.

Facilitate ongoing unit specific competencies and education based on needs of the unit at any given

Implemented process improvements to increase the number of patients discharged in 180 minutes or

less. To-date the increase has been 65% to 80%.
