RONALD ULRICH

OBJECTIVE

To obtain and maintain a career in today’s economy. Find a career that is associated with my past work experiences that will help me grow as a person and an employee for my company.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Throughout my various careers I have acquired many skills and abilities here are just a few that I am the proudest of. An Equipment Operator for a fortune 500 company in the oil and gas field. Duties included that of a CDL A driver/Hazmat. Experienced in the knowledge of any and all equipment required to operate a frac. Expertise in the contracting field. Knowledge of drywall, carpentry, also able to operate any and all hand tools and power tools. Advanced knowledge of fabrication and tool and die making along with molding and repairs of machines.

EXPERIENCE

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR III, SCHLUMBERGER

01/06 - 10/11/12

Experienced Equipment Operator with a CDL A/ Hazmat. Able to operate PCM, SUPER POD, SAND CHIEFS, ACID TRANSPORT, FRAC CAT, PUMPS. Also very proud to say that I am a firm believer in safety. That is why I chose to become a DRIVER MENTOR. My role was to train all the new drivers in the proper driving techniques and mechanic. I believe that the main goal is to get the job done and to get everyone home to their family at the end of the day.

TOOLING MANAGER, ACCUBUILT INC.

06/01 – 01/05

Advanced knowledge of Fabrications to Limos, Hurses, and extended Vans. Was responsible for the repair and maintenance of all Kirksite Dies and fixtures. We operated an eight man shift only one shift. We were a smaller company. None the less we were very productive and I had a great role in that. I was the one that was responsible for creating the Fabrication Team, before I was hired on there was none. Once again with my concern for my coworkers and myself. I helped create a Safety Team and safety guards on all of the equipment.

EDUCATION

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE 1979

PENTA COUNTY TRADE SCHOOL

TOOL & DIE/MOLD MAKER APPRENTICESHIP 1984

OWENS COMMUNITY COLLEGE/MECHANICAL ENGINEERING(1.5 YEARS COMPLETED)

COMMUNICATION

Threw out my advanced career in the skill trades, I have always learned and maintained one belief. And that is the safety and concern of my fellow man and coworker. That is why I have been a Driver Mentor, a Safety Team Coordinator. I am a feel very strongly that we the employees are the biggest asset to a company and a company the biggest asset to its employees. We all have one goal in common. And that is to be as productive and safe as we can possibly be at work to make it home safe and sound to our families at that end of the day.

LEADERSHIP

Throughout my various careers there something else that I have prided myself on, and that is my ability to be able to manage and lead coworkers in the proper direction. Whether it was a Driver Mentor with Schlumberger. Great responsibility and the only reward knew that my trainees were learning the proper techniques of safe driving. As a Tooling Manager for Accubuilt Inc. Where I was able to implement safety guidelines for my fellow coworkers or safety guards for the equipment. Being responsible for standardizing all (IMC) in mold coating units and all vacuum systems on the molds and presses. Also my time GenCorp Automotive Inc. Where I was able help the company cut cost by saving money on outside vendors and lost production. These are just a few of the examples that I am very proud of.
