while Official Production Manager recovered from a medical illness relating
to his heart. Duties then were to oversee all Production Operations,

Upon Plant Managers return in late 1993, I was Transferred to the Buffalo
New York facility, and was promoted to Assistant Production Manager and
went to the American Institute of Baking 16 week resident course in
Manhattan, Kansas.
