Robert Fritz, D.C. **** S. Main St. Scott City, KS 67871
620-***-****, *********@*****.***
It is with interest that I would like to apply for the position offered. I
am licensed in Kansas, formerly in Idaho and Texas (currently reinstating
Texas license), all in good standing.
I have enjoyed practicing in Kansas, Idaho, and Texas with six years of my
own full time private practice in Pocatello Idaho, and in an Idaho Falls
Interdisciplinary clinic with emphasis in spinal and extremity adjusting,
physiotherapy, KDT decompression therapy, nutritional/homeopathic
consultation and treatment. I use both hands on as well as instrument
adjusting to cater to many different patient needs.
I feel that I would be a good fit for your office as I firmly believe in a
multidisciplinary approach to treatment and healing. I have enjoyed working
with other medical professionals in my 7 and a half years of practice both
in co-treatment as well as for referral for conditions that are out of my
scope of practice.
You will find the attached Curriculum Vitae will outline my experience,
education, and achievements in detailed order but here is a summary of what
I have to offer your facility:
. Focal discipline in Chiropractic
. Experience in healthcare (roughly 21 years) with emphasis in
patient/client care
. Functional experience with other healthcare professionals in a
clinical setting
. Leadership skills with experience in the field
. Administrative competence as demonstrated as CEO of my own
Chiropractic practice with daily experience with accounts receivable,
coding and billing, PR and marketing, information technology, and
budget/finance
What my Curriculum Vitae does not demonstrate is my unwavering attention to
patient care and bedside manner. It is essential to make sure that every
patient is informed and educated about their health care choice and that
any question the patient may have is answered to their satisfaction, feels
comfortable, and has trust and faith in the practitioner rendering care.
I look forward to hearing from your office to set up a phone interview.
Please feel free to contact me at 620-***-**** 12:15pm CST or email me at
*********@*****.***.
Thank you,
Robert Fritz, D.C.
