It has been a while since I have been employed in the Hospitality Industry. I left the industry to allow
myself more time with my family. Now that my children are grown I am hoping to return to the industry
that gave me the most personal satisfaction. Below is a brief description of my experience.

Holiday Inn Hamilton, Al – General Manager/Food and Beverage Director – 4 years – I was

the youngest Holiday Inn GM ever.
Holiday Inn Guntersville, AL – Food and Beverage Director – 1 year – facility was under

construction which left the responsibility of purchasing all equipment, china, linen,
silverware and glassware for both the restaurant and lounge to me. I also hired and trained
the entire food and beverage staff including managers.
Charter House Inn Andalusia, AL = General Manager/Food and Beverage Director – 3

years – Hired, trained and retained a staff which achieved the highest of standards in
customer satisfaction. – Consistently met or exceeded company food, liquor and labor cost
insuring a bottom line profit each year.
