. Independently responsible for the collection of all outstanding

accounts for this mid - size law firm which consisted of 8 partners

and 45 associates. Maintained records and provided the senior

partners and individual lawyers with the status of the overdue

accounts. I regularly addressed clients by telephone in attempt to

determine reason for overdue payment. I would contact clients to

negotiate payment in full, receive post dated checks, and set up

monthly payments by obtaining a settlement agreement. Duties were not
