I have over thirty years of civil and structural engineering, construction
administration and project management experience on a wide range of projects.
Over 15 years of this experience was for industrial clients (petroleum refineries,
pulp & paper plants, and specialty chemical companies). My duties have
included not only engineering design, but program management, cost estimating
and scheduling from project inception thru project turn-over.

home sites. Tapestry Park is sited on 68 acres.

Responsible for the design and construction of roadways, bridges and drainage projects
throughout Walton County, FL. This involved assuring that the design is compliance with
environmental regulations and the Florida Department of Transportation.
Development of a wetland mitigation plan to bring the County into compliance
with the US Environmental Protection Agency, US Army Corps of Engineers, and
Florida Department of Environmental Protection and with obtaining the required
environmental permits and developing a consent decree for past vitiations by
Walton County.

roadways and resurface over 30 miles of existing paved roads every year.

and handling of varying water usage requirements due to seasonal changes in

storage tank and a pumping station with multiple parallel pumps.

McIntosh, AL.
Project Manager for the asbestos survey of various school districts throughout
the southeast, including Mobile County, AL, Bay and Dade Counties, Fl and
South Panola County School District, MS, under the EPA’s AHERA regulations.
Project Manager for the asbestos abatement of various school facilities

Project Manager for the asbestos abatement of the Renaissance Tower in Dallas
Texas. This project included the floor by floor demolition, abatement and
