Accomplishments
In the Human Resources area:
- I handled the strategic planning for the different areas, Service and Business Units, through the
Balanced Scorecard, by implementing this tool, I implemented monthly meetings to review and if the case,
redefine the strategy of every Business Unit since I was responsible to assist to the meetings where the
directors of every Unit participated and together defined the strategy according to the internal and external
factors taking into account different indicators such as the economy, costs, expenses, investments, budget,
personnel, financial situation, etc.
- I implemented new benefits in favor of the employees such as a new pension program which gives
more to the employee and costs less to the corporation through different financial and administrative processes.
- I designed the strategy for the organizational development, which objective was to bring the corporation
to maintain and develop the human resources through Career Plans having in the whole structure in the key
positions a replacement person.
- I managed the whole process to certify the company as a Social Responsible Corporation before the
CEMEFI (Mexican Philanthropic Center)
- I implemented the strategy to define the new values of the corporation and then worked with workshops
with all the employees of the corporation for them to know them and understand them.
- I implemented a more efficient communication of the Strategy of the CEO with the employees of the

In the Legal area:
- Began as Legal Manager and acquiring more responsibilities from the Board of Directors by providing
services that formerly were provided by outside counsels, after that, I was promoted to the Legal and Human

- I personally was in charge of all the mergers and acquisitions of different operations for the corporation

rendering a report to the General Directors of the rest of the bottlers groups on monthly basis. I handled the
defense of some Antirust suits wining so far all of them saving to the company millions of pesos in fines and
attorneys fees.
- My legal advise consisted in all the corporate matters, in order to prevent or resolve all the legal
business in which the company was involved, handling with another 2 in house attorneys all corporate matters,
commerce law and Antitrust.
- I was also in charge of monitoring the domestic litigation with outside counsels for cases such as law
suits regarding criminal cases or mercantile suits and handled by myself and my team the administrative
