Supervisor/Manager: Responsible for team members of a food manufacturer.

Ensure that productivity and quality goals are met and that equipment is

maintained. Review schedule and allocate resources as required to

maintain efficiency and productivity. Coordinate safe movement and

staging of Railcars, Boxcars and Trailers to facilitate loading and

unloading of both raw and finished product. Ensure team members are

compliant with GMP, HACCP, SQF, AIB and Health and Safety policies

through regular training, coaching, monitoring and maintaining the

facility to be audit ready. Initiate production, quality control and

shipping documents as required. I have been instrumental in achieving a

Site Manager: Total responsibility for contracted Manufacturing

Maintenance Services at a 2M-sq./ft.-customer site, practicing JIT and

DFM, in Missouri, USA, including the Financial P & L responsibility for

the contracted services at the site. Managing and directing of daily

activities of the maintenance dept. includes TPM, PM and reactive

machine maintenance for Power Presses, Auto Welders, Auto Paint Systems,

Conveyor systems, Packaging and Palletizing equipment, facility

maintenance, and custodial services. Use Best Practice concepts and

utilize CMMS in tracking, measuring and reporting of performance with

various metrics and KPI's. Implemented a cost improvement initiative,

and involved with Kaizen events, which resulted in customer savings as

well as improving the Gross Margin.

Manufacturing Manager: Responsible for the initial start up of all

manufacturing activities associated with the production of components

and connections for use in the Compressed Gas Industries with a newly

formed company. Evaluated and negotiated machine acquisitions. I

scheduled equipment, programmed and Set up CNC machinery to produce

parts to specifications and ordered tooling and equipment as required. I

trained personnel to run equipment. I also developed a departmental

budget.

activity for a three-shift operation that was successfully implemented

under my direction. Scheduled and utilized more than fifty CNC machines

engaged in the manufacture of Ultra High Purity Valves and Fittings for

use in the Semi-Conductor and Compressed Gas Industries. I initiated

cell-manufacturing and implemented Kanban and SMED concepts. I directed

the daily activities of all manufacturing personnel including

Supervisors, Programmers, Maintenance, Toolcrib, and Toolroom. I

reported directly to the VP of Operations.

3/93 to 2/94

2nd Shift Supervisor: Responsible for re-organizing and coordinating

the 2nd shift operation, resulting in increased productivity with

greater efficiency. I trained operators in all aspects of operating CNC

machines, and also the Quality and Inspection of their work.

Implemented a maintenance request procedure and created production

reports. I reported to the Production Manager.

9/92 to 3/93

CNC Programmer / Setup man: Responsible for the programming and setting

up of CNC Lathes and trained operators in all aspects of operating

machines and inspection of their work. Improved the overall quality of

product, and reduced cycle times. I recommended and implemented

procedures to improve and monitor productivity.

of a second location and developing a three-shift work pattern. I

programmed and set up various CNC Lathes and CNC Screw Machines and

directed the daily routines of the three-shift operation. Monitored the

quality of products and implemented a Tool change schedule to improve

productivity, and maintain a high level of quality. I reported directly

to the General Manager.
