Ensure that productivity and quality goals are met and that equipment is
maintained. Review schedule and allocate resources as required to
maintain efficiency and productivity. Coordinate safe movement and
staging of Railcars, Boxcars and Trailers to facilitate loading and
unloading of both raw and finished product. Ensure team members are
compliant with GMP, HACCP, SQF, AIB and Health and Safety policies
through regular training, coaching, monitoring and maintaining the
facility to be audit ready. Initiate production, quality control and

Maintenance Services at a 2M-sq./ft.-customer site, practicing JIT and
DFM, in Missouri, USA, including the Financial P & L responsibility for
the contracted services at the site. Managing and directing of daily
activities of the maintenance dept. includes TPM, PM and reactive
machine maintenance for Power Presses, Auto Welders, Auto Paint Systems,
Conveyor systems, Packaging and Palletizing equipment, facility
maintenance, and custodial services. Use Best Practice concepts and
utilize CMMS in tracking, measuring and reporting of performance with
various metrics and KPI's. Implemented a cost improvement initiative,
and involved with Kaizen events, which resulted in customer savings as
well as improving the Gross Margin.

scheduled equipment, programmed and Set up CNC machinery to produce
parts to specifications and ordered tooling and equipment as required. I
trained personnel to run equipment. I also developed a departmental
budget.

use in the Semi-Conductor and Compressed Gas Industries. I initiated
cell-manufacturing and implemented Kanban and SMED concepts. I directed
the daily activities of all manufacturing personnel including
Supervisors, Programmers, Maintenance, Toolcrib, and Toolroom. I
reported directly to the VP of Operations.

2nd Shift Supervisor: Responsible for re-organizing and coordinating
the 2nd shift operation, resulting in increased productivity with
greater efficiency. I trained operators in all aspects of operating CNC
machines, and also the Quality and Inspection of their work.
Implemented a maintenance request procedure and created production
reports. I reported to the Production Manager.
