Secretarial

Transcribing correspondence and documents, preparation of pleadings and documents filed with the courts, manage calendar,and travel arrangements.

Initiate and receive all phone calls as well as direct attorney phone lines and act as a liaison between clients and attorney.

Type and proofread all related documentation to real estate transactions, contracts, correspondence and prepared mass mailers.

General bookkeeping, review and distribute incoming mail, filing, and use of various office equipment.

Office Management

Coordinate business operations from initial set-up; day-to-day functions, including research and purchase of all office equipment, furniture and vendor services.

Negotiate and maintain all monthly service contracts.

Accounting, including payroll, account payables, account receivables, disbursements, collections, sales reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

Manage sales representatives and office assistant.
