M/s. CETHAR LIMITED is a Leading Boiler Manufacturing company, which
has possessed ISO 9001-2008 certificated company by LRQA. It has
commissioned more than 1000 Boilers all over India. It included FBC
Boilers, CFBC Boilers, PC fired boilers, Spreader stoker Traveling
grate boilers, Dumping Grate boilers, Oil/ gas fired Boilers and
Waste heat recovery Boilers.

. Pursued Bachelor of Engineering with Mechanical as domain in
Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engineering, Krishnankovil
affiliated to ANNA UNIVERSITY, Chennai with an average of 73%.

Job Description
. Review of enquiries/Tenders from Customers & Preparing Technical cum
Commercial Offer and submitting the same to the customer.
. Having pure responsibility in proposing Boilers technically and also
undergoing estimation & costing.
. Executed Thermal Designs for sizing Boiler Pressure Parts in AFBC
Boilers.
. Checking strength of pressure parts thickness like Steam drum, Mud
drum, Bank tubes, Water wall panels and super heaters by IBR
calculations.
. Sizing selection of Fans with respective motor ratings.
. Preparation of sizing calculations viz., Bunker, Fuel line, Mixing
nozzles, Sprockets, Velocity (in piping, ducting and steam side),
Chimney & Refractory and insulation based on Tender requirement.
. Preparation of boiler Plot plan, General arrangements are in line with
tender requirement and same shall be submitted to customer for their
clearance.
. Preparation of Piping & instrumentation Drawings based on the sizing
calculations of piping allowable velocities and selection of
Instruments as per the tender requirement and same shall be submitted
to customer for their clearance.
. Preparation of technical specification and datasheet for equipments
viz., Pumps, Safety valves, valves, Control valves,Flow nozzle,
Motorized valves, soot blowers, Burners, electro static precipitator,
Pocket feeders, dampers, gauges, sample coolers, PRDS, soot blowers,
steam silencers, dosing systems, Expansion joints, compressors, Air
receiver, Bagfilter, Dense phase ash handling system..etc., based on
Tender requirement.
. By knowing Customers & their site in detailed manner, emission control
equipments such as Bag Filter or Electrostatic Precipitators shall be
proposed respectively.
. Dealing with the customers and resolving their queries and problems
related to technical questions about the Boilers.
. Examine market and customer requirements and translated them into
detailed product recommendations for the organizations.
. All the inputs for Balance of Plant such as Fuel Handling System, Ash
Handling System, etc., are submitted to the suppliers. The detailed
Techno-Commercial Offer shall be prepared based on reviewing those
Proposals received from Suppliers.
. After receiving the Order from the Customers, the whole order shall be
reviewed whether the Design Basis, Technical Requirements are meeting
the quality standard of the submitted proposals.
. Finally accepting the Order, Material forecast will be generated and
the whole weights of the Boiler shall be registered in ERP, by
allocating separate Part List for each component. Those Part Lists are
known as PG-MAs.
. The Detailed Engineering of all the components will be started, after
confirming the raw weights which are submitted in ERP.
. Submit the solutions for pre-bid requirements.
