PDM analyst

PDM analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the production bill of material in

both the Chrysler EBOM system and CoDeP system. For these two systems you had to do double

the work. Whenever a part number was changed in EBOM the only connection to the Fiat or CoDeP

side was you as the analyst.

As an analyst you must learn the product by understanding the systems and components that it takes

to build them and how they are configured for sale.

Also as an analyst you must be a skilled communicator as discussions with product engineers,

purchasing, manufacturing, product planning, and other organizations’ representatives is critical to
