Work with maintenance and reliability to confirm root cause failure of most every mechanical failure.

Suggest best practices for precision maintenance to prevent mechanical failures.

Initiated the lubrication changes for the former and the press section rolls on the Fine Paper Machines. (Changing from SHC PM 460 to SHC PM 220 grease saved big money)

Worked with the area AAL creating equipment numbers for all paper machine felt rolls.

Use phase and amplitude analysis for equipment problem identification. (Nipco Roll)

Use and maintain the world’s largest online vibration system.

Monitor FP lubrication quality and the signum reports.

Travel to rotating equipment rebuild shops for final acceptance testing.

Conduct visual bearing inspections and evaluations for our roll rebuild shop.

Created instructional power-points of rotating equipment assembly for better understanding of root cause failure.
