Writing and maintaining efficient review recipes for short loop process

development. I was hired to solve a severe "bottle-neck" problem. Recipes

were acquiring false images and taking too much time. As tool owner I kept

the tool calibrated and trouble shot all problems without and with

technical support.

. Improved redetection by 80% and increased FOUP throughput by 500%.
