Recruiting and training over 40 personnel including associate publishers,

assistant managers, sales staff, and distribution teams working both full and

part time for the franchised America's Favorite Coupon Book (coupon publication).

Hiring and supervising staff with responsibility for performance evaluations.

Payroll administration including state and federal taxes; Accounts

Payable/Receivables.

Overseeing operations for sales, customer service, collections, creative writing

to properly market client's business, advising clients on marketing advert

content, writing & negotiating contracts, and business to business sales. Also

building strong client relationships with both Nationwide Corporations and Small

Businesses.

Monthly evaluations, updates, and auditing of 38 delivery routes covering East

Hillsborough County (Tampa, FL). We printed and delivered 220,000 coupon

books per month.

Merchants Coupon Exchange Inc - Sales Manager 2002 - 2005

Recruiting and training up to 20 personnel including sales and distribution staff

both full and part time for a coupon publication.

Hiring and managing staff with responsibility for performance evaluations.

Overseeing operations for sales, customer service, collections, creative writing

to properly market client's business, advising clients on marketing advert

content, writing & negotiating contracts, and business to business sales. Also
