Research Analyst
Worked on the first phase of a research project called "Performance
forecasting", which dealt with the awesome combination of HR analytics and
the cutting edge IT technology. This project aimed at forecasting the
performance of a group of tribal students who were given a period of
extensive training so as to get recruited in the various sectors of either
a BPO or a retail sector. Their performance during this period combined
with their inherent skills set would prove to be the main criteria in
recruitment to the BPO and retail industries. This project was also
analyzed to be extended to the second phase to the determine the future
performance of the corresponding students who have been recruited in the
BPO and retail firms over a period of time of either 3 or 6 months. This
project used the core data mining concepts which helped to determine
clusters of information which proved beneficial in understanding the skill
sets of the individuals.
Conducted market research, identified and established contacts with key
potential customers and partners.
