Worked at Harris Corporation as a software consultant, account manager, and
sales executive for a total of 14 years implementing and selling
specialized traffic software which enables stations to sell commercial
airtime, schedule programs and, commercial spots on a daily basis.
Sales Executive (September 1999-April 2010), Columbine JDS/Harris
Corporation, Denver, Colorado
Promoted to Sales Executive after one year of account management
support. Sold traffic systems, corresponding hardware platforms, and
consultative services to television stations, cable networks, and
cable systems in US and Canada. Assessed business, operational, and
technical needs of customers from the corporate executive level down
to the station level. Annually, sold $7-$10 million dollars of
software and services. Maintained client base of over 250
stations/cable systems exceeding client retention goals through
regular client outreach and service levels.
Account Manager (June 1998-September 1999), Columbine JDS, Denver,

Promoted to Account Manager after two years of software consulting.
Worked with 10-12 person sales team on account retention, prospecting,
and customer consulting. Supported a customer base of 300-400 in US
and Canada on four different software systems. Utilized French
language in supporting French-Canadian clients in Montreal. Refined
consulting skills through frequent on-site customer visits. Provided
in person training to customers both in the field and in-house.
