Sole Proprietor - YogaKids is designed to use yoga as the pathway to learn
while improving self esteem, increasing body awareness and teaching
valuable life skills. It helps to fight the epidemic of childhood obesity
for children of all athletic abilities in a non-competitive environment.

Tools for Schools Facilitator/Trainer
Facilitate YogaKids 6 hour training session teaching teachers to integrate
yoga into the classroom. Most recent training June 2009 with Williamson
County Physical Education teachers.

apparently healthy population including cardiovascular, strength training

women with undesirable bone density scans to halt bone loss.
Post Rehab - Worked with physical therapists to create safe and effective
training programs for post rehabilitative clients.
